Just to let you know how much we appreciate all the helpful lawn tips that we receive by email from Rowlawn. Our lawn had always been a problem until we completely relaid it with Rowlawn turf and followed all the instructions and helpful tips which have been sent to us. The on-line ordering and payment process was easy. I received a telephone call the next day from the local office (Sunningdale) to advise delivery which duly arrived on the expected day.

The advice booklet received by post was useful. The turf quality was good and the laid turf has benefitted from the rain this week.

I chose Rolawn over various other companies who all do pretty much the same thing, but your website was concise, and had a good feel about it, being personal but meaning business with a slight coporate feel.

I was delighted that when i called through with a few questions that the staff then followed in line with this and were equally helpful. I spoke to Gemma who was really helpful and dealt with my questions, including going away to double check and then calling STRAIGHT back.

Secondly on the day of arrival the delivery guy was extremely helpful and as per my original request was able to load the turf over a back wall ( as you say kerbside) this was a great help. He had also gone in early to get this loaded up and get to me first rather than at 4 or 5 in the evening, great initiative, even if it helped him too, but what a nice guy, he even offer a few tips on lawn care.

So, all in all it was a fabulous experience, a great product, and i now have a beautiful lawn for my two young girls to run around on, and it looks great.

It is becoming inceasingly rare to find companies that offer real people and real customer care, but believe i found one in Rolawn. You should be proud, and have you noticed we didn't even have to talk about PRICE, which becomes invisible when service works. I would not hesitate in making recommendations should this situation arise.

I received an e-mail confirming the delivery details etc. I then received the invoice and a very helpful guide to using Rolawn products. The turf arrived on time with a call from the delivery driver giving me an ETA for the delivery.

Thankyou! I have never been so satisfied with a product as I was with the turf I received from you. The delivery could not have been more prompt and I was delighted to see how well the turf was packaged. The turf itself was excellent. I made no delay in laying it, which was an easy job with this consistent and lush turf. Luckily, I had enough left over for another small area, and even though there was a delay of 48 hours in laying it , after just two weeks, the turf has taken beautifully. Both lawns are excellent.

I only hope that more British companies will follow your example and raise their standards of service.

Yesterday I recieved my 2 bags of top soil, thank you very much after ordering them online. I wanted to congratulate you by stating how pleased I am with your online service levels and follow on delivery. I have made a few orders online from rolawn direct and it is fabulous to obtain the speed of response and reliability that you give. After the order is made, emails are received almost instantaneously. On all of my orders I receive a telephone call within 24 hrs to ask when it is convenient to deliver, and delivery has always been reliable.

I consider myself to be a fairly critical person, and nowadays find myself constantly frustrated by many companies' poor service levels and lack of attention to detail. Letters/emails are not written properly, spelling mistakes, members of staff not calling, being unhelpful, lack of responsibility etc etc. I find myself having constant arguments with various people as I do wish they would actually bother to do a job properly. This is totally not the case with your company and I am really pleased that you value quality of service.
Please, please keep up the good work, and never take anything for granted. Thank you so much for being a decent company!

I just wanted to thank you for the quality of your product and for an excellent service. From placing the order, which was taken in an efficient and friendly way through to the delivery. I was impressed when the depot called early on Tuesday offering me the delivery on the Wednesday and on top of that they place the bags on the drive as requested, but better than that they were placed close to the edge so that there was still room to move past with no obstructions.
