Rolawn Expands Customer Services Department

Rolawn, Britain's largest turf grower and leading topsoil supplier have expanded their customer service department following increased sales.

Kate Blake, Nicola Bowles, Chloe Fenton and Rachel Aldous have joined Rolawn as Customer Services Co-ordinators. All four have extensive backgrounds and experience in customer services.

Commenting on the appointments, Philip Cuthbert, Commercial Director said "We have a market leading range with more new products and service initiatives planned. We aim to achieve excellence in supporting our customers and believe this is best done by training and developing experienced, specialist staff. Kate, Nicola, Chloe and Rachel all have proven expertise in customer care and will quickly become key members of the customer services team. With these new appointments our Customer Services Manager, Julie Cummings, now leads an expanded team of people dedicated to creating the highest standards in customer satisfaction. This underlines our commitment to building the Rolawn brand and increasing our market share".
