Ordering options
Shopping on Rolawn Direct is simple, safe and straightforward. You can order online at any time, just follow the instructions below.

Finding the right product
There are two ways of finding the product/s you are interested in:
- Click on the preferred category link in the Product menu on the left, or,
- Click on the Home link in the top menu, where you can select turf or topsoil, as well as a selection of our Latest Products and Special Offers.
Whenever you see a More Information link, it will take you to a description page providing you with further details about the product.
Pricing
Enter the number of rolls of turf or bags of topsoil, soil improver, bark, compost or topdressing required and your delivery postcode for your instant online quotation. Prices for turf, topsoil, soil improver, bark, compost and topdressing are based on quantity and delivery postcode. The price will be confirmed when the item is added to your Shopping Basket. Price includes standard delivery and discount for volume.
Prices for lawn fertiliser, lawn seed & lawn pest control products are fixed as displayed.
All product pages show prices in (GBP) sterling, and include VAT. In the Basket and Checkout stages, prices are shown exclusive of VAT, with the total VAT displayed and included in the total.
Add to order
Clicking
will add the product to your Basket.
Shopping basket
The shopping basket stores the products you have selected. The products will remain here until you remove them, leave the Rolawn Direct website or proceed to checkout (you are still under no obligation to purchase at this stage).
From the basket you are able to remove products or update quantities. To remove a product, click
[Remove], situated to the right of the
product price. In order to update the quantity of a product, correct the quantity shown in the box to your desired quantity,
then click
.
To view the contents of your online 'Shopping basket' at any time click
Basket/Checkout
in the top menu on the right-hand-side.
Selecting a delivery date
For deliveries of turf, topsoil, compost, soil improver, bark and topdressing you will be asked to select your required delivery date. You will also have the option to select an AM/PM or Saturday AM delivery for an additional charge.
Next day delivery, AM/PM & SAT AM delivery are not available in the following postcode areas:
PA20+, PH6-11, PH15+, IV & KW.
Promotion codes
If you have a discount or promotional voucher code this can be entered in the basket. Only one promotion code can be used per transaction and unless otherwise stated promotion codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Completing your purchase
Once you have finished shopping and would like to purchase your item(s), to pay by credit or debit card using our secure checkout click on
and follow
the instructions from there on which will include details of where you would like your chosen
product(s) to be delivered.

to pay by paypal.
You will also have the option to register for My Rolawn, which will speed up the checkout process for future orders. If you do not wish to register for My Rolawn, click continue without entering a password.
Payment options
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit (Delta or Connect), Maestro, Solo, Electron, American Express (Amex) and Paypal.
Confirmation email
Once your order has been processed successfully you will receive an email confirming your order details. If you do not receive this email, please contact us.
Delivery charges
Standard delivery is inclusive on orders of £50 or more. For orders under £50 a £4.99 delivery supplement charge will be added.
For next day delivery a £25 delivery supplement charge will be added (bulk bag orders only).
For AM or PM delivery a £10 delivery supplement charge will be added and for Saturday AM delivery a £40 delivery supplement charge will be added (turf and bulk bag orders only).
