Arranging delivery

Rolawn is the only UK turf and topsoil supplier with a nationwide network of depots. Our unique distribution network enables us to provide a fast and efficient all year round service of quality products that provide exceptional value for money.

Delivery is available to UK mainland addresses and is inclusive on orders of £20 or more. For orders under £20 a £4.99 delivery charge will be added.

Delivery of turf, topsoil, soil improver, bark or topdressing

Upon receipt of your order for turf, topsoil, soil improver, bark or topdressing the Rolawn depot handling your order should contact you by telephone by 5pm the following working day to discuss your delivery requirements. To ensure prompt delivery, when placing your order we ask for a daytime telephone number, where you can be easily reached.

You can also enter your preferred delivery date and any other comments in the 'special instructions' box and we will endeavour to meet your requirements.

We aim to deliver within 2 to 5 working days from receipt of your order.

Orders for turf, topsoil, soil improver, bark or topdressing can also be placed for delivery at any future date (please detail in the 'special instructions' box).

Deliveries will be made between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). We will agree with you a day for delivery but cannot guarantee timed deliveries. We will however endeavour to meet your requirements where possible.

To avoid damage to your property by heavy vehicles, delivery of turf, topsoil, soil improver, bark or topdressing is made to kerbside only. This means we undertake to place the goods as close to your property as deemed suitable by the driver.

It is preferable that you are available at the delivery address to accept the delivery; therefore it is important that you ensure that you are satisfied with the delivery date agreed. You must also provide safe access to the point of unloading.

Rolawn is able to deliver turf, topsoil, soil improver, bark or topdressing if you are not present, but in these circumstances we can accept no liability for any deterioration in or theft of any of the items delivered. Neither can we accept responsibility for the consequences of the positioning of the pallets or tote bags by the delivery driver.

To qualify for the 10% discount on orders containing both turf and topsoil, products must be ordered online, together in one transaction, and delivered at the same time.

Our tote bags and pallets are 'non-returnable'.

Delivery of lawn food, lawn seed and GroRight Lawn Establishment Fertiliser

Lawn food, lawn seed and GroRight Lawn Establishment Fertiliser will be delivered via courier, except where GroRight Lawn Establishment Fertiliser is ordered with turf, topsoil, soil improver, bark or topdressing in which case it will be delivered along with these products. Goods must be signed for on delivery.

Delivery will normally take place within 2 to 4 working days from receipt of order. Once your order has been despatched we will email you a tracking number to enable you to progress delivery of your order.

Delivery of lawn pest control products

Delivery of Leatherjacket killer, Chafer Grub Killer and Ant Killer will be despatched via 1st class post. Orders are despatched Monday to Thursday to avoid live product being held up in the postal system over the weekend.

Mole Repel will be delivered via courier separately to other products.

Delivery will normally take place within 5 working days from receipt of order.
